Warranty Information and Registration
The Flash 2 Open product is covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase, you must retain your original receipt and provide a copy upon return of any defective product.
Warranty of the Flash 2 Open product is void if any modifications or repairs to the unit are carried out by a person not authorised to do so by Flash 2 Open.
Warranty is void if the product is damaged through negligence, misuse, fire, accident or mishandling.
Warranty does not cover batteries or globes and Flash 2 Open shall not be liable for any defect, malfunction or failure of such items.
The limit of liability of Flash 2 Open for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the goods supplied is limited to the replacement or repair of such goods or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of such goods at the option of Flash 2 Open.
The Flash 2 Open warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with Australian Law.
